Florida Partner to Join Panel Discussion at Educational Conference

Tampa Partner Jennifer L. Marino will serve as a panelist at the 2026 Annual Florida RIMS Educational Conference, taking place July 28-August 1, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida.

During her July 30 panel discussion titled, “A Claims Broker, A Defense Lawyer and a Risk Manager All Walk Into a Bar,” Jennifer and her fellow panelists will address the current claims environment, litigation v. mediation, preventive defense claim tips and much more.

Celebrating its 50th year, the Florida RIMS Educational Conference brings together risk management, insurance and legal professionals for a week of educational programming, industry updates and networking opportunities. Attendees will gain valuable insights into emerging trends and best practices.

RIMS, the risk management society®, is a global organization dedicated to empowering risk professionals through education, certification, advocacy, research and networking.
