Nicole F. Vignola

Nicole focuses her practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense and probate disputes. She represents businesses and individuals in a range of civil litigation matters including those involving personal injury, property damage, breach of contract and fraud. This includes handling all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery through motion practice, depositions, hearings and case resolution. Nicole manages all stages of discovery, such as drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. She also drafts and argues dispositive and non-dispositive motions including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.

Nicole previously practiced insurance defense litigation at an Atlanta law firm where she managed an active caseload and represented restaurant, hospitality and food industry clients. During this time she conducted party depositions, drafted pleadings and discovery materials and advised clients, including claims professionals, on litigation strategy and risk exposure.
