Courtney (CJ) concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation and workers’ compensation. She has experience handling contract, construction, personal injury and legal malpractice cases, and representative clients comprising insurance companies, privately held companies and individuals.
CJ’s experience in pre-litigation through preparing cases for trial has proven invaluable for building her courtroom skill, including obtaining favorable outcomes as co-chair.

- Secured summary judgment for veterinary hospital in a veterinary malpractice case after the plaintiff alleged the veterinarians failed to provide appropriate treatment; the Court ruled that Plaintiff failed to present sufficient expert testimony to support the malpractice claim and entered summary judgment in favor of our client.
