W. Eric Newman

“Eric” is a civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on business litigation, employment and labor law, general liability, products liability and workers’ compensation. He represents clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation and written discovery to motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Eric also provides practical and effective litigation strategies for automotive products liability and insurance defense matters. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Eric gained valuable experience in government, where he worked on matters involving investigations, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

Eric handles matters in both California state and federal courts and is also licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
