Christopher J. Lampert

Christopher focuses his practice on personal injury and insurance defense litigation. Representative clients include insurance carriers and their insureds, individuals, property and business owners, and contractors in general liability and construction defect matters. He handles cases through all stages of litigation, from inception through trial, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations and negotiation.

Christopher has nearly a decade of civil litigation experience defending personal injury claims on behalf of his clients including those involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability throughout Florida and New York. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, he practiced at an insurance defense law firm based on Long Island, New York, defending matters across New York City’s five boroughs and Westchester County.
