E. Regan Jarvis

Regan focuses her practice on the defense of employers in labor and employment matters. She also has experience representing clients in personal injury and general liability matters. Regan has represented clients in state and federal courts and has experience handling matters before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations.

While attending law school, Regan gained experience in labor and employment law as well as personal injury litigation while employed as a law clerk in private practice. She also served as an extern for the West Virginia Senate, where she drafted criminal procedure legislation that was ultimately enacted into law. In addition, she interned with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office.
