Kade is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance defense, business litigation and general liability. He has experience representing insurance companies, real estate investors, car dealerships and large cattle operations in both state and federal courts. Kade also has a legal background in class action litigation, enhancing his skills for handling complex cases. The legal knowledge Kade gained as a prosecutor provided him invaluable courtroom insights that he applies to his clients’ civil matters.
