Mishka focuses her insurance defense litigation practice on general liability matters, including personal injury, premises liability and construction-related claims. She represents insurers and businesses in the defense of bodily injury and property damage actions in state and federal courts.
Before joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Mishka handled insurance defense, civil and commercial litigation, and gained experience working at a plaintiff personal injury and an insurance defense firm. This background provided her with perspective on both the defense and plaintiff sides of litigation, informing her approach to case strategy, risk assessment and negotiation.
