Kyla focuses her practice on insurance defense and represents, public agencies, school districts, joint power authorities and employers in litigation. Representative matters include high-exposure employment litigation, personal injury claims, dangerous condition of public property cases and claims of abuse. Kyla also handles civil rights actions and writ litigation. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Kyla represented municipalities and housing authorities in employment, civil rights, negligence, code enforcement disputes and unlawful detainer matters.
