Jonathan represents defendant’s in general liability, executive liability, employment and labor law, non-medical professional liability and workers’ compensation matters. He has experience handling all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution. Jonathan also advocates on behalf of clients before the Superior Court and Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Jonathan represented plaintiff matters and uses his prior experience to bring a unique perspective to representing his clients while analyzing the legal strategies, motivations and challenges of opposing parties. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut state and federal courts and before the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
