Joseph concentrates his practice on general liability, executive and professional liability and insurance defense. He has experience representing international banks, reinsurers, manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies in complex litigation, international disputes and government investigations in the United States, United Kingdom and across the European Union, Singapore and Japan.
Before joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Joseph served as Acting General Counsel for a prominent podcast advertising agency. In that role, he advised the company on a broad range of corporate matters, including, negotiating commercial leases, employment and separation agreements and several new and renewal service agreements while helping the company navigate its post-pandemic transition. Joseph later advised an investment bank in connection with the to negotiate agreements related to the acquisition of the company’s largest competitor, a subsidiary of a publicly traded company.
