Julian focuses his practice on employment law and general civil litigation, representing individuals and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of employment-related and general litigation matters. His experience includes claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes and other workplace matters. Julian represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and strategy development through resolution. He works closely with clients to develop practical litigation strategies tailored to their specific objectives and the circumstances of each matter.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Julian represented plaintiffs in employment litigation, providing him with valuable insight into the perspectives and strategies involved in resolving employment disputes. He applies his experience in this practice to assess claims, anticipate potential arguments and effectively represent his clients throughout litigation.
