Heather T. Brandspiegel

Heather focuses her law practice on litigation disputes including insurance defense, property damage and personal injury. She represents clients in matters such as high-exposure litigation cases involving catastrophic injury defense, construction accident litigation, and risk transfer and contractual indemnification disputes. Heather also handles pre-suit negotiations and provides strategic guidance tailored to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes for clients.

Heather gained valuable experience while handling a range of insurance defense matters across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In that role, she managed cases through all phases of litigation, from initial investigation and pleadings to discovery, motion practice and resolution. Earlier in her career, Heather served as a judicial law clerk in the Civil Division of Hudson County, New Jersey. During her clerkship, she worked closely with the court on a variety of civil matters, developing a strong foundation in legal research, writing and courtroom procedures.
