Joshua represents clients in litigation disputes including insurance defense, general liability, medical malpractice/professional liability, contract disputes and products liability. He also handles privacy claims, defamation, false light and other business-related torts in state and federal courts. Joshua has experience handling consumer protection litigation and a range of employment law matters at the federal trial court level including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages and violations of Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).

- Negotiated complex Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) settlement between a major casino, a restaurant operator and an employee union. (Clark County, Nevada 2024)
- Briefed and prevailed on an issue of first impression regarding the scope of discovery into other defendants’ prior settlements; the Court permitted the requested discovery despite widespread precedent from other jurisdictions prohibiting such discovery. (United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, 2022)
- Obtained summary judgment for crane machine company with use of statutory employer defense in personal injury case. (Clark County, Nevada 2019)
- Obtained $4.2 million judgment in favor of an attorney in a business defamation matter. (Clark County, Nevada 2018)
- Key member of the pretrial litigation and trial team representing an individual in a negligent security case involving a traumatic brain injury, which culminated in a $160.5 million verdict after a six-week civil jury trial. (Clark County, Nevada 2017)
